These guys went above and beyond the norm to make ua a great deal. To the extent of calling me back to see how things were going with the car and I had commented to them about a tire concern I had. Which even as a former tire salesman I missed when I originally looked the car over. They offered to replace the tire at NO COST to me. I never even asked if they would help me out, it was taken care of immediately/ You don't find service like that just anywhere, and I appreciate the way they did what they do on a daily basis. They will be the dealer I buy my next car also. More
Ron and Jason treated my parents (Millie and Irv) BETTER than family. They had an issue with their new 2013 Colonial Nissan Altima, that quite frankly, was their fault. Also as a women I noticed things like the dealership was clean, smelled good ;), and I had not eaten before I went and Jeff ended up offering to get me food which was extremely polite. Thank you! We have been leasing with Colonial Nissan for years. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They listen to what you have to say and take the time that is needed. We are apprised of all Nissan products Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They listen to what you have to say and take the time that is needed. We are apprised of all Nissan products, "Promotions", etc that are going one. We walk in, tell them what we need and it is taken care of. They really listen to their customers. Prices are great, the overall experience, is awesome, and the quality of work at the service department is superior. Kudos to Jason Friedman and his sales staff for making Colonial Nissan what it is today! More
WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I was looking for a specific car in which they told me they had in stock at 3:00 pm. I made an appointment at 4:00 pm that same day. When I arrived, I was escorted to a desk an car in which they told me they had in stock at 3:00 pm. I made an appointment at 4:00 pm that same day. When I arrived, I was escorted to a desk and was asked this first question, "Will you be financing?" I immediately knew that I would not get a competitive rate if I was to finance. Then they immediately proceeded to tell me that the car I came in for was sold and delivered. Within 60 minutes? Really? The paperwork takes that long! The manager went into hiding as he saw me getting ready to leave. I waited him out to tell him that they are scam artists to get people in. He told me he would check again. He then proceeded to tell me that I asked for the wrong thing. Really? I am pretty good at colors and I know the difference between beige and black! After I left I received a phone call from someone else who gave me yet another excuse which was the owner took that car. Really? I never met an owner of a dealership who did not want one of the better cars on the lot OR would not sell it to a customer. The lies are so great at Colonial Nissan that even they can't keep them straight! These people just know how to waste your time and raise your blood pressure! the best 2 words to describe this dealership is "THEY SUCK!" More
This is the WORST dealership I have EVER been to, the experience I had here will FOREVER be in my mind as the most horrible trip to a dealership. I found a car online that was posted for 14,999 but the b experience I had here will FOREVER be in my mind as the most horrible trip to a dealership. I found a car online that was posted for 14,999 but the blue book value was 12,500 so I get there and was met by the manager who then introduced us to the car salesman Gary who let us take the car for a ride. Then for the next 5 hours we sat around trying to negotiate. I offered 13000 which is over the Kelly blue book value, that with the average used car interest rate on a financing package with even medium credit is around 5 percent, which I have well over a great score... they only brought the price down to 14500 for the car... because in the fine print online they hid that the price was conditional on certain money down terms... none of the prices were marked on the cars on the lot everything was shady. Anyway they offered me a 10.9 percent interest on my financing which is the worst rate I've ever had. I was so dissatisfied with the price points and rate and even the trade in value the "estimated" with for my current car. It was the worst experience of my life, I knew we were being swindled. I called my father and he came down took one look at the deal and told us that they were insane... and they said they would try to rework the numbers... they brought us back and EVEN WORSE DEAL... I'm so angry. NEVER EVER give these terrible businessmen your business.. I feel so bad I'm sure they've used all the same shady tacktics to take advantage of others, cause they use every dirty trick in the bag. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... there are plenty of other dealerships out there that won't swindle you out of your money. More

Steve and Gary were terrific, the managers were very friendly and the finance department was a pleasure to work with. I would buy a car from Colonial Nissan again based on the way I was just treated. It's hard to find a car dealer that treats the customers with respect, but they do exist. The showroom was very clean, they had an interactive facebook raffle, the overall vibe and attitude was up beat. In my opinion it could not of gone better :) More
