I was initially attract to Colonial because the Nisson website indicated that Colonial had the vehicle in stock that I wanted. Jeff quoted me a very competitive price over the phone subject, of course, to seeing my trade. That was the final selling price. No haggling. Very convenient! Carl handled a test drive, gave me an orientation to the vehicle, and walked me through the paperwork, all in a very firnedly way. Carl was obviously intent on seeing to it that our experience was excellent, and he certainly succeeded! John zipped us through the paperwork in a friendly and efficient manner. Everyone at the dealership was more than friendly. Quality of work is good because I was set up with a salesman who has been at nissan for 12 years, that showed me that I was in good hands. I didn't feel rushed at all, although I wanted to get the heck outta there because my terrible 2 year old was a bit whiny. Staff is very friendly there, offered food, drinks, balloons, all sorts of things to make you feel comfortable. My overall experience was quite pleasant and not forced at all.
