I was initially attract to Colonial because the Nisson website indicated that Colonial had the vehicle in stock that I wanted. Since I am 65 miles away, I spoke with Jeff to discuss price, including my t website indicated that Colonial had the vehicle in stock that I wanted. Jeff quoted me a very competitive price over the phone subject, of course, to seeing my trade. That was the final selling price. No haggling. Very convenient! Carl handled a test drive, gave me an orientation to the vehicle, and walked me through the paperwork, all in a very firnedly way. Carl was obviously intent on seeing to it that our experience was excellent, and he certainly succeeded! John zipped us through the paperwork in a friendly and efficient manner. Everyone at the dealership was more than friendly.
