I was deciding between leasing a Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata and Nissan Altima. I went to Colonial Nissan as my girlfriend had purchased her last few cars from them with great results. The sales rep Sonata and Nissan Altima. I went to Colonial Nissan as my girlfriend had purchased her last few cars from them with great results. The sales rep she had previously dealt with wasn't available, however his partner Botir jumped in to assist straight away and the dealership manager also spent time with us. After discussing some of the Altima variations they put us into a dealer car for a test drive. Once we'd discussed vehicle options available, they worked with us to arrange the financing to best suit our needs and we shook hands. Botir got our new car into the service department for detailing and a pre-sale workup/checkover while the finance guy ran us through all the paperwork without a hitch. Botir then went through the first-drive checklist with me, outlining using the features and accessories on the car. I drove off the lot in my new car a happy man. A week later I'm still smiling :) More

Let me start by saying that my wife and I have been purchasing or leasing vehicles since 1997. We have had dealings with many dealerships in the NY/NJ area and were a little apprehensive about venturin purchasing or leasing vehicles since 1997. We have had dealings with many dealerships in the NY/NJ area and were a little apprehensive about venturing too far away from where we live. Well I can say that we are extremely glad that we traveled to Colonial Nissan to purchase a CPO vehicle recently, It was by far the best experience we have ever had at a car dealer, From the time we walked in until we left we were made to feel important and all of our needs were met no matter how big or little they were. Owner Jason Friedman is a true professional and knows how to give customer service. Salesman Tom Kaden was super helpful and informative on every aspect of our purchase and I'd like to thank him for all his hard work, Sales manager Jeff Garfinkel is another true professional who knows customer service and will do whatever he has to to make you happy.Finance Manager John Arpa was truly informative and gave us every option available to be happy with our financing and warranty. Lastly Service Manager Marc Kay is a truly awesome person in our opinion, He went above and beyond on some details with our vehicle that I know for a fact no other dealer would have done and we'd like to thank him again.It's a no brainer that we will be back for our next vehicle and our other family vehicles in the future.
