I had an unfortunate experience whereby I picked up my vehicle from on oil change and found an unreported issue that was not present prior to drop off - the screen malfunctioned and was frozen. I was told the dealer had no responsibility and that it was on my dime for them to diagnose the problem and fix it (over $1500). Fun times. More

I just happened to run into him as I was looking to trade in my Mazda CX Yes, he is a car salesman,. Yes, he works at Danbury Colonial Mazda. But ... I just happened to run into him as I was looking to trade in my Mazda CX-9 and replace it with a bit smaller, more practical vehicle for my wife and I and our car needs at the time. There, I got to know and trust Terry Adams in their Service Department. He was the man who in turn introduced me to Adam, who from the get-go turned out to be a truly professional, helpful, kind and trustworthy — an extremely likeable man to deal with.
