***WARNING*** NO SUCH THING AS FREE OIL CHANGE The sales team was super nice as they should. I had an unfortunate experience whereby I picked up my vehicle from on oil change and found an unreported issue that was not present prior to drop off - the screen malfunctioned and was frozen. I was told the dealer had no responsibility and that it was on my dime for them to diagnose the problem and fix it (over $1500). Fun times. More

My family has been coming to the dealership since they beginning. Jeremy has always been there to help. I’m just so lucky and pleased to get to know Adam Dean. Yes, he is a car salesman,. Yes, he works at Danbury Colonial Mazda. But ... I just happened to run into him as I was looking to trade in my Mazda CX Yes, he is a car salesman,. Yes, he works at Danbury Colonial Mazda. But ... I just happened to run into him as I was looking to trade in my Mazda CX-9 and replace it with a bit smaller, more practical vehicle for my wife and I and our car needs at the time. I was so pleased with my CX-9 I definitely wanted to stay with Mazda. While I live in Katonah New York, I had started to get my car serviced at Colonial Mazda. There, I got to know and trust Terry Adams in their Service Department. He was the man who in turn introduced me to Adam, who from the get-go turned out to be a truly professional, helpful, kind and trustworthy — an extremely likeable man to deal with. He’s one of a kind! The rest is history, a very pleasant one I might add. Eventually I got into my current car, CX-5, I continue to drive it, continue to be happy with my choice of a car. No, I LOOOVE it!! And I love seeing Adam’s always smiling face when I visit Colonial Mazda. More
