Excellent Customer Service I've been using Colonial Mazda for the past year to get my oil changes on my current Mazda 3 and have never been disappointed. During my most recent oil change I had the chance to sit down with Tom and Adam Dean to figure out what the best options were for me concerning my lease. After running the numbers and getting me the best deal possible, Tom and Adam got me into a wonderful new lease on the brand new CX 5. Their attention to detail and most importantly customer service, were wonderful. Never at any point did I feel pressured or like I was being sold to. I had a great experience with them along with Roy and David Adam. The entire Colonial Mazda Team are very welcoming and friendly and never pushy! I'd like to add that my husband also recently upgraded his 2010 Mazda 3 to the 2016 Mazda 3. Again, Adam Dean helped him every step of the way and never hesitated to answer any questions; even when my husband was texting him at 10 o'clock at night. My husband told me to make sure that I go to Adam to help me with my lease situation and I'm so glad that we had the pleasure to do business with this gentleman. The sales force is run like a family which in turn treat their customers like family. I can't thank Tom, Adam, Roy and David Adam for all their help and consideration in this very exciting transaction. I highly recommend this team if you're in search of a new vehicle. From the moment I walked in to when I drove in off the lot, every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, not pushy at all which is what you expect when car shopping. John took me on really great test drives so I could get a good feel for what each car had to offer. Their finance manager Jay was also a huge help, he double and triple checked everything to make sure I was getting the best deal possible which is not how most dealerships works. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car, whether you are looking at Mazdas or not, you will not be disappointed. More

From A Wrangler To CX-5 I've known Adam for several years. I've seen him blow up my Facebook feed with photos of him and his customers whom he had just sold a Mazda to. At fi I've known Adam for several years. I've seen him blow up my Facebook feed with photos of him and his customers whom he had just sold a Mazda to. At first, I thought, "Cool, he is doing well at his job." Then I noticed that my newsfeed was continually inundated with him selling another car. I told myself that if I was ever thinking about buying another vehicle, I would go to see Adam. Not because I already knew him, but because the hundreds of posts I had seen of him with another satisfied customer, then that was the person I would want to give a shot of having my business. I've been a Wrangler owner for over 17 years. I just paid off the loan on my most recent Wrangler. I told Adam that I was just going to look at a Mazda, that he'd have to truly sell me on why I should switch from Jeep to Mazda. Funny thing is, Adam never sold me on anything. Sure he showed me cars, and we went on a few test drives. The car kind of sold itself, and it was that low pressure, no hassle transaction that made the leap from Wrangler to CX-5 that much easier.
