After many phone calls and test drives and answering all my questions, I finally decided to purchase my CX-5. The day I picked it up, Nelson was very thorough going over all the electronics since my last vehicle was a 2000 Toyota Camry so lots have changed over the years...lol! He made the experience a very pleasant one and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Colonial Mazda and requesting Nelson as your salesperson, he's great! John is great! I was between a few different crossovers when I visited Colonial Mazda to look at the CX-5. My mind had been made up before the test drive was even ov I was between a few different crossovers when I visited Colonial Mazda to look at the CX-5. My mind had been made up before the test drive was even over because of how great John was. My test drive was longer and more thorough than any other I had taken. We did busy streets, the highway, hills and right turns and even had some time in a parking lot to test the turn radius and backup camera. The level of service that John provided was above and beyond from the moment I walked into the dealership until this day. He is knowledgeable and informative but presented everything to me in a way I could understand as this was my first leading experience. It was more like dealing with a friend than a sales person. I will recommend John and Colonial Mazda to anyone I know looking for a car! More

John was super professional and priced the CX-5 Touring with sunroof package at such a fair price, it took out all the drama of buying a car. I was in a car within 3 days, and it's perfect!! Jay was wonderful as well and didn't pressure us into buying any extended warranty. However, he did go over them in detail. They are such a friendly group of people!! If you want a Mazda go to Colonial!! More
