Pretty much painless! Since we only buy a new car every 11 years or so, and do major research in between, this is not a decision we take lightly. We went to many dealerships and looked at many different cars in our travels, and Colonial Mazda won us over from the first warm welcome we got walking in through to putting a big white bow on our new CX5--even showing us how to use all of the bells and whistles. Adam Dean was authoritative, articulate, and even funny--good qualities in a salesman! We were really happy with the service we got from Colonial and Adam's confidence and no-pressure attitude sealed the deal--and we even switched our loyalties from Toyota to Mazda! More
We're a two-Mazda family now! My husband leased a Mazda CX-5 about two years ago and has been very happy with it from day one. The lease on my SUV (not a Mazda) was due to be up in January 2017. I thought about going back to the dealer I leased my vehicle from knowing I could get a good deal on another, newer SUV, but while I liked my current car, I didn't love it. Nothing wrong with it or the other dealership, I just wasn't excited about it. So we started looking at what other four-wheel drives might be available. I really wasn't planning on getting almost EXACTLY the same car as my husband's but we figured "what the heck, we'll see what new with the CX-5." Well, long story short, there are now two white Mazda CX-5s in our garage. I love driving the car. I feel safe in it, it's comfortable, the sound system, navigation system, etc. are all great and easy to operate. The experience leasing the car was absolutely great and my salesperson, Adam Rivero, was wonderful. He is pleasant, personable and knowledgeable and I never, ever felt pressured during the time we spent with him, which was quite a while. I can't remember his name, but the gentleman we spoke when we had to sign all the paperwork to pick up the car was also great. Very friendly. The whole experience was wonderful. More
