I saw many cars, at used lots, private sellers, and other Mazda dealers before I found the internet listing for the Mazda6 I ultimately bought at Colonial. (130 miles from where I live, BTW) Tom's communication was easy and immediate, and I knew right from start that Tom recognized the fact that I was not a joy-rider or tire-kicker. He went out of his way to make sure that if I chose to deal with Colonial it was going to be an easy, transparent, and completely painless transaction. Tom was patient, not pressuring, and was highly accommodating and intuitive to the fact that I had other vehicles I had to consider. Colonial and Tom are aware that if you show up in their dealership you've likely looked at a great number of other options, and I believe you couldn't go wrong by pulling the trigger and buying there. There wasn't a car at the dealership, new or used, that wasn't amazing. My last stop this time around, will be my first stop when I next need a vehicle.
