Great dealership experience! I walked into Colonial Mazda in Danbury looking for a car for my wife. I looked around waiting to see who would either approach me, greet me or at the very least, make eye contact with me. Adam Dean was *that* guy! An awesome, welcoming smile along with a simple "hi". He was extremely easy and pleasurable to work with and had no problem answering all of my questions. The biggest thing for me personally as a customer was the fact that he did an excellent job keeping in contact with me during the 3 day process from the time of walk in until the afternoon my wife and I took delivery. Best of all for me was he was nice enough to take time away from his family to come in on his day off for the delivery and to give my wife a quick rundown of her new car. I also can't speak highly enough of the General Manager, David Adam. He was also extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I got the best deal possible as well as get us approved for financing. More

When I finally decided the Mazda CX-5 was the car for me - Colonial didn't have the model color/package I wanted in stock - Adam did not let that stop him from getting me exactly what I wanted for a great price. Adam found my car within 12 hours of my call and worked with me to get a dealer swap in place as soon as possible. By the time the weekend rolled around I was picking up my brand new CX-5 and couldn't have been happier. Adam goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Update: Sat Feb 25, 2017 Spent the morning at Colonial, deciding what color and options to choose. The guys there could not have been better allowing me access to each and ever versions of the CX-5 available. I would tell Roy what type of car I wanted to check out and he gave me the keys. It was a tough decision Bose/ Sunroof package, Sport or Touring trim. I decided on the red touring with the Bose package. It's been a few hours and I do not have a bit of remorse on the decisions I made. (that has never happened before) I want to thank the sales and support staff for putting up with a finicky customer. I pick up the car tomorrow. More
