I'm on the rebound now with my new Miata MX-5 RF and loving every minute. Nelson was the nicest and least pushy salesman I've ever worked with, and at the same time very knowledgeable. When I dropped in unexpectedly to see how the new roof worked, and Nelson was out sick, another member of the team was happy to bring the car into the garage (it was raining) and give me a demonstration. The finance department also took good care of us, getting me great financing on the portion of the cost that VW didn't pay for. My wife was also impressed with how Colonial takes care of the details, from the comfortable waiting area to the clean bathrooms. I would recommend that you check out this dealership. More

Great dealership experience! I walked into Colonial Mazda in Danbury looking for a car for my wife. I looked around waiting to see who would either approach me, greet me or at the I walked into Colonial Mazda in Danbury looking for a car for my wife. I looked around waiting to see who would either approach me, greet me or at the very least, make eye contact with me. Adam Dean was *that* guy! An awesome, welcoming smile along with a simple "hi". He was extremely easy and pleasurable to work with and had no problem answering all of my questions. The biggest thing for me personally as a customer was the fact that he did an excellent job keeping in contact with me during the 3 day process from the time of walk in until the afternoon my wife and I took delivery. Best of all for me was he was nice enough to take time away from his family to come in on his day off for the delivery and to give my wife a quick rundown of her new car. I also can't speak highly enough of the General Manager, David Adam. He was also extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I got the best deal possible as well as get us approved for financing. More

He answered any and all questions (within minutes) of me emailing/texting him, even on his days/nights off. When I finally decided the Mazda CX-5 was the car for me - Colonial didn't have the model color/package I wanted in stock - Adam did not let that stop him from getting me exactly what I wanted for a great price. Adam found my car within 12 hours of my call and worked with me to get a dealer swap in place as soon as possible. By the time the weekend rolled around I was picking up my brand new CX-5 and couldn't have been happier. Adam goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend him and his sales team. Bird Dogs for days! More
