Bad week turned awesome! Everyone at Colonial Mazda made our experience as easy and fun as possible. Adam was very knowledgeable about the different cars we were interested in and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He spent hours with us as we debated which car we wanted, and even let us test drive the same car multiple times when we still weren't sure! When they didn't have the exact car I decided on in stock, Adam spent several days (including Thanksgiving) finding the exact car I wanted at a nearby dealership. He kept in touch the entire time so I knew what was going on, and worked with my schedule so I could pick up my new car. I would highly recommend Colonial Mazda to anyone in the market for a car. He worked closely with me to figure out what I really wanted while working in my budget. He had no problem dropping what he was doing to take me out on test drives. When he showed me the Mazda 3 hatchback I was taken back. I knew and he knew this was my car! He set me up for success and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me when I picked my car up. He even changed my insurance carrier at the least minute in fact he stayed almost 3 hours late just so I could pick up my car on the date I wanted. He is the epitome of professionalism and personablilty. Thank you so much colonial mazda, I barely snuck away from the wheel for enough time to write this review! Back to driving!! More
