Importantly, when during the sales process I said "no", which wasn't often, the conversation respectfully ended without an aggressive sales pitch. Overall, the process for trading in my car and purchasing a new car from Shiv and the Colonial group was quick, smooth, responsive, comfortable....like my new Mazda3, "zoom-zoom!". Great Customer Service This was the second Mazda dealership I went to. I had a wonderful experience here from when I walked in the door, someone attended to me and got me li This was the second Mazda dealership I went to. I had a wonderful experience here from when I walked in the door, someone attended to me and got me linked up with Dave quickly. I came looking for a specific model and was able do a long test drive of the cx-5 on different terrain and speeds. Dave answered all my questions and concerns during the test drive and spoke about his experience with his own cx-5. When we were discussing financing options, he wasn't pushy but gave me more than enough information to make a good decision. He put together quotes, copied warranty information for me, explained the different parts of the colonial maintenance program. I left feeling I got all the questions I needed. I originally had wanted to get a technician to come look at the vehicle and they were accommodating with working on that and telling me how it could work. I ended up not having the vehicle inspected since I was purchasing a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) with low mile-age and not accidents, via the car-fax. I ended up contacting the dealership to make the purchase and they prepared it ahead of time with a nice detailing. They found me a better rate through the dealership than my credit union and it was all ready to be completed once I arrived to pick up. I really enjoyed my time learning about the vehicle and I'm happy I visited the colonial Mazda dealership. More

I visited a couple of dealers before Mazda and while everyone was nice I just didn’t feel completely comfortable. Colonial Mazda, Adam Dean and GM Dave Adam immediately changed that experience for me. Adam the salesman provided all the information I needed, made helpful suggestions based on my specific needs and applied no pressure. When I decided what I wanted he and the team got me the car I wanted, when I wanted it and moved me in and out of the dealership quickly and efficiently. Not many people enjoy car shopping but when you need a car go see Adam and his team... they will make the experience enjoyable. And make sure you get the Mazda chocolate on your way out!
