Amazing Experience at Colonial Mazda Not knowing basically anything about Mazda, we figured we would take a look as we were in the market for a new car. With a baby on the way, we wanted a bit of extra space along with all of the updated technology most cars are now offering. We definitely did our homework and shopped around, narrowing down our final search to 2 or 3 cars, the Mazda CX9 being one of them. Our experience at Mazda was hands down the best we've ever had in terms of purchasing a new car. We had a really hard time with other local dealerships, until we came to Colonial Mazda and met Shiv. He was so incredibly friendly, thorough and knowledgeable about the cars. We never felt pressured or rushed throughout the process, which is the complete opposite of every other place we visited. Shiv was the main reason we came back to Mazda a 2nd and then final time to purchase the CX9. Everyone else who we spoke with/dealt with at the dealership was equally as pleasant and easy to work with. We picked up our car this weekend and we absolutely love it. We are very happy with our decision to go with Mazda. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect, I highly recommend heading over to Colonial Mazda. Thank you for everything Shiv! More

I am so happy I met Nelson Mejias at Colonial Mazda! I was researching cars and the CX-5 was on my short list. I met Nelson and he was so helpful with my research. We were able to take a very detailed route that showed off what the car is capable of. I felt very comfortable negotiating with Nelson on pricing, and felt that he was very fair and willing to work with me. I never felt pressured to make a deal right now - that attitude makes me just walk out of the dealership. Though I've decided not to get a car right now, Nelson will be the first person I go to when the time comes. I fell I've made a great friend! More
