There’s a Mazda dealership down the street from my home in NY and they were so unprofessional I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me in person! From the first phone call, Nelson answered all of my annoying questions with such patience that I drove an hour to meet with him at Colonial. There I worked with Argenis and Nelson and couldn’t have been happier. I was Argenis’s first sale and he was great. I never felt any pressure from them. ALSO - there is no BS from them!
