I reached out on a local Facebook page asking for anyone who knew a Toyota or Nissan salesman to let me know. We pm’ed and he casually stated that even though I didn’t ask about Mazda, if I was at all interested in test driving one, he could help me out. He was so willing to help me, I decided to at least test drive a Mazda. Adam was so easy to communicate with and not pushy at all - not at all like the other dealerships - so I decided to go with a Mazda this time. Adam made the experience so easy!!! Truly was a wonderful experience at Colonial Mazda from the very start. My wife and I were greeted with smiles and were quickly served and an almost instant connections was made with our amazing and wonder the very start. Jason was able to answer all our questions on the vehicle of our interest and provided us with all the car fax and service information as well. He secured our test drive and facilitated a seamless experience even as we closed the deal. We were never pressured or felt uncomfortable about what we were purchasing as the dealership facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and the vehicles are gorgeous.
