Bought a used Mazda3i Touring form Colonial Mazda in Danbury. Like the car a lot, but the CD loading mechanism wasn't working. Since I have only purchased used cars before, I did rather extensive research on buying my first new vehicle. Eventually I settled on (fell in love with) the Mazda CX-5. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, I spoke with Jessica over the phone and through e-mail at first. She was very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. On the day or purchase Patrick walked me through the ins and outs of the vehicle, from how to use the Navigation System to the Blind Spot Monitoring function. I've had the vehicle for a few days now and could not be happier. What made the experience even better was knowing I got a good price and had a friendly and excellent experience with the dealership and its staff. I would highly recommend purchasing from here. More
From the initial contact to the final sale, the entire staff made sure we were satisfied. There were no disconnect's, every person involved had a specific job to do and each one did there job without ha staff made sure we were satisfied. The little things like grabbing take-out for everyone or understanding individual needs to be sure we left as quick as possible and working hard to meet them. Jessica even volunteered to transport our vehicles from home to the dealership on oil change days. That's the kind of service that grabs attention and ensure's continued success. More

Tom made the process very simple and we were able to put a deal together with just a few emails and a phone call. Tom & Colonial Mazda made it worth the trip from our home in Cheshire CT to Danbury CT even though there are several MAZDA dealers closer to home. Colonial Mazda has their vehicle inventory online with clear specs and options that allowed me to shop with all of the information that I needed to make a choice and a deal quickly. Scratch on the side of my new Mazda getting it serviced. Left a $250 pan off off my car changing the oil and wanted to charge me for it next time I brought it in. Sold me my car with lifetime free oil changes and today said it wasn't free unless I had a useless 35K mi service done. I wouldn't have had them do that service if it was free. Clean my brakes? Adjust my brakes that are self adjusting discs? Rotate the tires and balance the wheels that I am about to put new tires on? Replace the cabin air filter that was never installed from the factory? Repeatedly on each visit say the brakes are worn below wear limits that clearly weren't according to the factory service manual and measurments with vernier calipers. I know they have to make a living but give me a break! I feel sorry for people that don't know anything about cars that trust them. More
