My experience purchasing a new vehicle at Colonial was a very positive one. When my wife and I visited this dealership to look at new cars. we were unsure what type of vehicle we wanted (small SUV, or Sedan very positive one. Our Sales Consultant was very courteous and patient with us during a prolonged visit that included two test drives and a thorough demonstration of several models. There was never any pressure on us to make a rapid decision. We were offered a well preplanned route for our test drives that permitted us to quickly evaluate the driving characteristics of the different models under both low speed and highway conditions. At the end of our visit, we selected a new Mazda6. The dealer had one in inventory equipped just the way we wanted and we completed the purchase on the spot. More

We had a very good experience working with Colonial Mazda. We had stopped in over the winter to look at the CX 5 for my daughter. She very much liked the truck and we decided we would pursue the truc Mazda. We had stopped in over the winter to look at the CX 5 for my daughter. John McNeil met with us at that time and was very helpful in going over the truck. We followed up with John when the time came for the purchase. He was very helpful and great to work with. The only concern for issues I had with John was that we worked out the details of the truck and when we came in to finalize the package we had asked for was not available the way we had discussed. It was an issue over having satellite radio. It was resolved and all worked out. The only other issue we had was the length of time to get the plates for the truck. It took almost a month. My wife will be getting a Mazda in the future when her current lease runs out on her Nissan. I most certainly will ask for John to help me with the process. More

Of all the dealerships I went to in search of a new car, the (mostly) young crowd at Colonial Mazda strikes me as the most vivacious and the most excited about what they do; they banter and tease each other and it made me feel immediately at ease and right at home. Fred worked very hard to get my financing approved for which my husband and I are extremely grateful. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
