We had a good idea of the vehicle we were interested and they went above and beyond finding the best price and financing options for us. purchase. As customers returning to the Mazda brand they included Mazda incentives. The staff were not pushy and the purchase process was easy and enjoyable. When a discrepancy about included options arose Roy and Mazda USA stepped up and followed through on the motto that the customer is always right. I went to Colonial Mazda because I have worked with Roy in the past. I knew that with my credit history obtaining a loan would be difficult, but if anyone could do it, it would be Roy. He introduced me to Darold, who became my salesman, we went out to the lot to look at a few cars that were in my price range. After settling on a Mazda 3 hatchback, Darold and I went for a test drive. The car was beautiful, a 2011, but felt and smelled like new. Darold helped me fill out the paperwork, and we submitted it for approval. Not only did we get the approval, but I received a much better rate than I ever thought I would get. They were patient over the next few days while I got my tax and dmv issues settled. We were there an hour past closing the night I picked up my car, there was never any rush. Darold even came out to show me some features of the interior, like setting up my Bluetooth. He's very knowledgeable, unlike some other dealerships I have dealt with in my search. I've alway trusted Roy when it comes to purchasing a new car, and I look forward to dealing with him and Darold again when it comes time for a new one. More
I had decided to buy a new car in August. I began looking at local dealerships and sadly had many awful experiences. Many sales people continually made me feel uncomfortable, were extremely pushy and assumed at local dealerships and sadly had many awful experiences. Many sales people continually made me feel uncomfortable, were extremely pushy and assumed they could take advantage of me due to my age and gender. Finally I went to Colonial Mazda and worked with John. He was extremely nice, honest and wasn't pushy at all. He took me for a long test drive , allowed me time to look at their inventory and didn't push higher models. I even got to text with him throughout the week that I was buying my car! More

This was an excellent experience. I knew the car I wanted so there was no real "sales" work needed. Patrick was very pleasant, and I thought the price he quoted and the value he gave me on my trade-i wanted so there was no real "sales" work needed.
