Dave Adams, Sales Manager, and his team at Colonial Mazda were outstanding to work with. Dave has the patience of a saint and provided me the space to make a decision and guidance when I needed it. Business Manager, Fred Cook, was excellent with my wife and I. Friendly, clear and professional, Fred made what can sometimes be a stressful part of the process, easy. On delivery day - a very busy Saturday for the dealership - Adam Dean was courteous and helpful; never rushing the process; taking time to walk us through the 'new' vehicle's features. They were the last dealership I visited but their friendliness and attitude had me walking away knowing I wanted to buy from them as opposed to some of the pushier dealers in town. After test driving the Mazda 3 I knew I needed this car. Adam was able to talk over the details with my family and help us finance the car and pick the best options for me. I really enjoyed that everyone at the dealership wasn't super pushy and instead gave us all the facts and let us make the decision for ourselves. More

I'm now on my second car with Colonial Mazda, and both experiences were nothing but terrific. Adam Dean was outstanding! He responded to all of my questions and inquiries (and there were A LOT) almost instantaneously, even on his days off! He knew that I was choosing between two models and recognized when I was leaning toward the less-expensive option. Instead of trying to persuade me to spend more money, he fully supported my decision and helped me narrow down the remaining options to the car that was best for me. Adam and Dave also knew I lived out of state and worked behind the scenes to make sure the car was registered in my state (VA) from the get-go, which undoubtedly saved me a lot of time and money. Truly a great car-buying experience! More

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! On 7/16/14 my husband and I went into Colonial Mazda looking for a 2011 Mazda CX9 that we had seen on the website. We honestly were going to look and On 7/16/14 my husband and I went into Colonial Mazda looking for a 2011 Mazda CX9 that we had seen on the website. We honestly were going to look and test drive with "possible" talks of selling our 08 VW Jetta and trading it in for the CX9. We met with John, who was super friendly and always had a smile on his face. He didn't seem robotic like most sales people tend to be. We felt like we knew him, which made it easier to talk to him with honesty and ask as many questions as possible. He was willing to work with us and wasn't happy until the end result was us driving home with our New CX9. He took my husband out for a very long test drive and was very knowledgeable on the CX9. Again he didn't come off robotic which was very important to me and my husband. With all his knowledge and honesty we never second any of our decisions. John was very personal and even related his personal family life and him being a CX9 owner to help us better understand where he was coming from and to why he felt a certain way. John also won me over personally when he was not only there to sell us a car or answer our questions and put our minds at ease about our purchase but he also made sure that our one year son and our ten year daughter were also taken care by simply making sure the tv was programmed to Nickoledon and that my son had lego's to play with. Definitely made it easier for us to pay attention and focus at the big purchase we were looking to make. Oh and I can't forget to mention he also got me TUMS right away when I made a comment of having heartburn due to being 7 months pregnant. So as you can see John was on top every thing and not only trying to sell us a car. Definitely was a pleasure to work with John! My husband and I not only drive off in Our CX9 but also drive off with an everlasting impression because of John and the great staff at Colonial Mazda in Danbury! I was soooooooo worried -- for nothing! : ) I had wanted to buy a new car for over a year but was worried my credit wasnt good enough and that buying a car would be a really stressful, demoraliz I had wanted to buy a new car for over a year but was worried my credit wasnt good enough and that buying a car would be a really stressful, demoralizing experience. Instead, John McNeil greeted me at the door with a warm smile and made the whole process fun and relaxed. I still dont have perfect credit but I do have a perfect new Mazda CX-5 (that I LOVE!!!) and a new friend in the car business who I know I can go to with any questions. Thanks John! More

We went to the Mazda dealership and Adam Dean immediately introduced himself to us. He listened to all of our input and criteria before helping us decide what was a perfect fit for us. He is extremely friendly and outgoing while not being pushy at all (like other dealers we met with). Adam was truly looking out for our best interest and tried to get us the perfect fit for our situation while not pressuring us at all. He took us out in both the 2014 Mazda 3 and the 2013 Mazda 3 to show us the difference. When we decided on the Mazda 2014 he showed me all of the features in the car and even helped me set up blue tooth. Overall, it was an awesome experience at Colonial Mazda especially with Adam walking us through the process. If you go to the Mazda dealership in Danbury, request Adam! You won't be disappointed.
