I was a first time car buyer, and like any other 1st time buyer I had my worries, especially after a negative experience at another dealership. John made sure I was able to get a good feel of the car before we even started to discuss purchasing. They made sure I was extremely comfortable which put all my first time buyer jitters at ease. Even though my credit isnt the best, Roy and the rest of the team made sure I was still able to get a loan. Fred set me up with a warenty which made me even more satisfied with the car and the dealership. Everyone at the dealership is 100% on your team and doing eveything they can to help you. I've worked in customer service for over 8 years and I have never been treated so good at any establishment. I am so happy I decided to go to Colonial Madza.
