Completely different from my experiences with Straits Turnpike salesmen earlier in the week, talk about pressure! After test driving a 2010 RAV 4 I told him I was going to check out a few other dealerships and left. I came back the next evening and made a reasonable offer that was quickly and happily accepted. Adam came in the next day (his day off) and finished up the deal. He called the RAV 4's previous owner and made arrangements for them to overnite the spare set of keys that had not yet been turned over. We finished the deal the next day and I couldn't be happier! A great vehicle at a great price from a first class dealership with a salesman who makes the process painless! Thanks Adam Dean and Colonial Mazda! More
