She gave me enough information to convince me to pursue negotiations, and transferred me to a very knowledgeable and friendly sales rep named Patrick. Since I was coming from 2 hours away to finalize the deal, I really appreciated how much time and attention this team took with me to make my visit as smooth as possible. Upon agreeing to the purchase, Patrick very patiently walked me through the technology and gadgets on the vehicle.
