Never second guessed to go to any other dealer other than Colonial Mazda as I have gained such comfort and trust for the past 7 years as a Mazda owner. Adam Dean sold me my 2014 CX5 about a year ago and was pleased with his service as he did everything in his power to make sure I was a happy camper. So to no surprise I requested to see Adam once again to discuss the 2016 CX5 and again have nothing but good things to say about Adam! His top priority was to see me walk out with brand new keys in my hand with a big smile on my face!! Thanks again to Adam for everything! A big thanks to the manager Dave as well! Finally with two big car seats in my Subaru that had a trunk that fit nothing we took a ride on a Sunday and drove into Colonial Mazda's dealership and instantly fell in love with the Mazda CX9. My husband met with Adam Dean who went above and beyond to get my family in that car taking our budget into account and gave us a payment option that fit in our lives. We have owned many cars and we have never experienced the kind of amazing service like we did at Mazda with Adam. I recommend Adam and Mazda to anyone looking for a new car and a great car shopping experience. My husband and I are customers for life now. More

Mazda trumps Honda Narrowed my choice to a Mazda CX-5 or the Honda CR-V. I was put in touch with Heather Ramos, who was very helpful and set up an appointment to see the Narrowed my choice to a Mazda CX-5 or the Honda CR-V. I was put in touch with Heather Ramos, who was very helpful and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. Visited Colonial Mazda on February 9th and met with Heather and Patrick Larson. Patrick was fantastic, explaining nearly every feature during a test drive. We talked generally about price then and I informed him that I would be back with my wife for her to see the vehicle. Unlike the Honda salesman, Patrick was very low-pressure during my discussion; the Honda salesman repeatedly asked me if I could have my wife come down right away to make a deal...very high-pressure. We came back the following weekend, met with Patrick again and he let us go alone for a test drive, again with little pressure while looked at our trade-in. The deal was fantastic and we signed papers that day, to pick up the truck the following Saturday. I was informed that Eric Carlson installed the remote start and prepped the vehicle and he did a great job. We couldn't be happier. The day we picked up our CX-5, Patrick took the time to show us every other feature before we left. As it has so often, it snowed yet again that night. Driving home from Norwalk in the snow, the truck handled beautifully. We would definitely come back to Colonial again. The service and low-pressure atmosphere made buying a vehicle a pleasure. More

Let's start with the quality of the cars all the way through to the service. Always know that when I call I will be treated better than family, and I've seen this happen with everyone I see there, and my questions/concerns are always answered/addressed. David Adam and Adam Dean worked with me for almost six months through indecision's, tough times and most recently a car accident. They never once lost patience with me and I drove away with my new CX-5 this evening. Happy as can be! Can't wait until my son gets his license so we can go shopping again, at MAZDA. I told him what car we were interested in, Mazda 3, but was not sure which model. From that moment on, I felt an instant connection. Adam went out of his way with his knowledge informing me of all my options. I felt as if we were friends, not just another car salesman!!!! Hats off to Adam Dean!!!!!. Totally Painless This was our 3rd purchase at Colonial Mazda (and the 2nd in 6 months). Each time was simple and straightforward. Most recently we were at the end of a lease for our 3rd CX9 and were considering making the switch to another manufacturer, just for a change of pace. We weren't dissatisfied with the vehicle or the dealership, but thought something different might be fun. Before making the final decision, we called Colonial to see if was possible to get a new CX9 that was comparable to our current model without an increase in our monthly lease (all of the other options were considerably more expensive). After a few quick emails, Patrick, our salesperson was able to give us everything we wanted. The swap of vehicles was quick and painless and we're very happy to be driving another CX9 from Colonial.
