This dealership is outstanding in regards to their customer service. I've worked in the car business for a few years and had my fair exposure to various dealerships but this one stands out the most. You can tell they are there for the customers and the courtesy, flexibility and follow-up they show you won't find anywhere else. My sales consultant, Tom, has now sold me my 2 cars and is a great example for how sales people should act. I've never felt pressured or like I was "a number" for the books. He was very professional and thorough and made sure I left knowing everything about my car and even assured me that he would be there to answer any questions any time after I left. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and made the process so easy which is why I won't be looking at any other dealerships when it comes to purchasing or servicing my car. More
