It w At the end of March, I traded in the last gift my dad gave to me pretty much before he died unexpectantly, my Lexus 450H for a 2016 Mazda CX-5. It was a bittersweet moment on a cold and snowy March day. Honestly, I hated driving the Lexus. I missed my CX-7 I had previously and happily sold to a dear friend who also loves it. I was welcomed back with open arms by Jeremy the Service manager although I haven't needed more than regular service on my past two Mazda. John was my sales advocate and did a great job coming in with a fair price on my trade and getting to a number on the new car. My friends often bring me along to dicker with the sales geeks because I actually enjoy screwing them to the wall. This dealership plays fair. John's family drives two Mazda's and was very helpful choosing between the 2015 and 2016 models. They were great about installing the bike rack hitch and bumper protector two weeks later as discussed. I have 1000 miles on the car and have loved every minute being back in my zoom zoom SUV. I did look at a Certified 2014 X3 at the local BMW dealership to compare. I liked the CX-5 Better and they were way out of line with the trade amount. In the end, everyone at the dealership is solid. John was caring, professional, and great to work with on the deal. The big deal here is when you buy a car, does the service department make you "WANT" to come back. The answer is a resounding YES. I have sent plenty of my friends here. On the next girls night, it is going to look like a Mazda dealership! More

I visited and contacted many Mazda dealerships and decided to buy at Colonial Mazda. You can tell by the appearance of the lot that they really take care of their cars! Being a young woman and this being my first brand new car you can say I was a little out of my element, but Adam was patience and answer my daily emails right away. He even sent me a picture of the car after the roof rails were installed. The icing on the cake was pulling in to pick up my car, there it was with a big bow on it. Such a great memory to have. Thanks Adam and the Colonial Mazda team! More

Im writing this review today not because I was asked to or should, but because I genuinely want to. Nothing has been easier or more delightful than working with Adam. He was very knowledgeable, super enthusiastic about why mazda was a great choice, and extremely fun/funny and delightful as a PERSON. Even with important family plans on a day off, he took time to answer questions and work for my business. I ultimately got the deal I was looking for and was able to pick the car up in like a DAY. ( and he had to locate one besides !) The best part of this whole experience is that I feel like I could email Adam and just have a chat as a friend. How nice is THAT?! Also.... a shout out to Fred in finance. When we stopped talking about Abraham Lincoln, we were in and out of his office in a jif !!! And HE was so easy and nice to work with too. We really did have a great experience because of the people in that building. It did NOT feel like the typical rather unpleasant car buying ordeal we all can be honest about and say we hate to go through. I absolutely recommend this dealership, AND MAKE SURE YOU LOOK FOR ADAM !!!!!!! :) More

Best car buying experience ever! I've always dreaded when the time comes to buy a new car due to prior experiences with high pressure sales people. I've avoided buying a car since 20 I've always dreaded when the time comes to buy a new car due to prior experiences with high pressure sales people. I've avoided buying a car since 2003 for just this reason. Well, that did NOT happen here. We were considering another car when a friend recommended Colonial Mazda and Patrick Larson. (He has purchased 3 Mazdas from Colonial and Patrick, which says something right there). I am forever grateful that he did. I called ahead and Patrick greeted us at the door. From the time we walked in the front door until I drove away in my new Mazda CX-5, the team at Colonial Mazda was fantastic. Patrick spent a lot of time with us, going over models, options, pricing, financing. He gives you the information you need and you decide if it's for you. It is obvious that Patrick believes in his product, which made me believe too! There's no need for the common sales tactics. I felt I was getting a very fair deal and making an educated decision. We chose the CX-5 GT. We returned to Colonial Mazda and met with Fred Cook. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Despite being very busy (it was the last day of the month), I didn't feel rushed at all. He made sure that I understood everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. After meeting with Fred, Patrick took us out to our car to explain all the features and answer any additional questions. At this point, it was after 8pm. I'm sure he was probably "off duty" hours earlier, but he is committed to seeing that you have the best experience. As I left Colonial Mazda, I actually felt a little sad that I won't be seeing this group again for awhile. Everyone was just so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a car. We will definitely be returning to Colonial Mazda and Patrick Larson for our next car! More
Hassle Free Experience! Prior to visiting Colonial Mazda, I had been casually looking for a MazdaSpeed 3 for a while. I noticed that they had one, so I decided to swing by an Prior to visiting Colonial Mazda, I had been casually looking for a MazdaSpeed 3 for a while. I noticed that they had one, so I decided to swing by and take a look. Adam Dean greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was very happy to grab the keys and let me take a look at the car. As others have stated, Adam didn't treat me like a customer, more like a friend throughout the whole process. There was never ANY pressure from him or anyone else I worked with at the dealership which was very refreshing. Fred Cook in finance was also great! He got me a phenomenal fiance rate and explained everything in great detail and again with no pressure at all. Very casual and professional staff at Colonial Mazda. I would absolutely buy another car from these folks and will recommend them to anyone else looking. Thanks again for probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
Awesome Experience I was online looking at the dealerships website to see what stock they had. I found the car I wanted to look at and when I went in to the dealership n I was online looking at the dealerships website to see what stock they had. I found the car I wanted to look at and when I went in to the dealership not knowing what to expect, Adam was ther to help me along. He took the time to talk with me, show me the car, explained everything about it. We went for test drive and it was like I was in the car with a friend.
