3rd successful Mazda purchased at Colonial! When our Mazda 5 lost its transmission, we were devastated. It had been a great car and served us well. We went happily back to Colonial Mazda of Danbury knowing we could trust this dealership to take care of us and not jerk us around. Roy (sales manger), Joe (service manager) and Jerermy (lead service) already had a 5 star rating with our family and knew we were in good hands. This was going to be our 3rd purchase with this dealership! Then we were paired with Adam Dean who patiently and caringly aided in delivering our new Mazda CX5 to us. He was a doll and made the experience all the more relaxing and easy. Colonial Mazda bears no resemblance to the nasty image that other car dealerships traditionally have. (I was.) Adam Rivero was patient and informative, not pushy, and always prompt to answer questions by email or telephone when not in person. I traded in a 2004 car (of another make, which I had purchased in 2008), so I needed instruction about the features of a 2016.5 model, which Adam provided. I haven't been in for servicing yet, but the buying process was painless, and I'm pleased with the results so far. More

If you haven't bought a car in a while, there are quire a number of new electronic, safety and navigation features that you'll want to understand. A good presentation will go over these I enough detail so you understand without overwhelming you. The test drive was much more comprehensive then I expected and was really very helpful. It really sold the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
