Easy, fast, wonderful! I had to get a new car in 4 days, this is only my second car ever owning so I was going to be picky. We went to a few other dealers in the area and I I had to get a new car in 4 days, this is only my second car ever owning so I was going to be picky. We went to a few other dealers in the area and I was not impressed. We went to Colonial Mazda and as soon as we walked in Adam stepped up to answer all of our questions. He was great! He answered everything we had to ask with confidence a friendly personality. We looked at the Mazda 6 and I fell in love with it as soon as I sat down. He gave us all the papers we needed and was very sure this would be an easy process, which I didn't believe cause of all the stories I've ever heard of car dealerships, but he was correct! The next day we went in around 4pm, signed all the paper work and by 5:30pm had the car ready to drive! Actually it was ready to drive even before I got there ! Adam gave me a tour of the car and how to use it. I would highly recommend getting your next car at colonial Mazda, the Atmosphere is so positive and comfortable you'll be happy with your next choice from here. More

I had another visit scheduled afterwards, but decided to stay at Mazda. Tom Amalfitano was a perfect associate from the get go. He asked me the one question no one else had asked me "what are you using the car for"? It showed he cared and just did not want to sell me the car for the sake of getting a "sale". I would definitely recommend Colonial Mazda to anyone looking for a car...I am extremely happy with my purchase!! More

He worked with me, helped me get exactly what I want and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. Very happy with our car buying process! We were hesitant to start the whole car buying process, as we have had some bad experiences with dealerships in the past. We did a lot of research onl We were hesitant to start the whole car buying process, as we have had some bad experiences with dealerships in the past. We did a lot of research online, and Colonial Mazda kept coming up as having the make and model we were looking for, at the best price. We certainly had our "guards up" when we first visited the dealership, and didn't want to seem too eager or rush into anything too quickly. When we arrived, everyone was really helpful, and the salesperson that helped us (Cody) was so nice. Our financial situation is less than ideal (due to school loans and medical bills), but everyone really did their best to accommodate our needs and make something work for us. The whole process felt very relaxed, and we didn't feel pressured into buying anything. After buying the car, we have no buyer's remorse and would definitely refer friends and family to this dealership in the future. More

When we decided to buy it, he was very straightforward with the pricing and financing options, and efficient and knowledgeable with the paperwork. The sales manager, Jay, finalized the paperwork with us and together they displayed a lot of professional know-how, leaving us trusting that everything had been done correctly. Cody even took the time to walk me through syncing my phone to the car's Bluetooth system before we left. We left feeling great about our first experience buying a new car. More
