When I arrived to trade my car and pick up the new car, all the paperwork was done. All I had to do was sign, learn about my new car, and drive home. The people were kind and honest. I bought a Mitsubishi from these people with a lifetime warranty and was told by the dealer in front of other family members mainly my father,who like myself is a member of the local Masonic Lodge, That all that was required of me for the lifetime warranty was that I get all synthetic oil when I get my oil change and that oil had to be changed by an ASE certified garage all I had to do was keep all the receipts. That is exactly what I did. Every oil change I had done to this vehicle I have a receipt for from Monroe. Well The salesman out right lied to me right to my face with a big big smile. buried very, very, deep within the extreme fine print of this warranty it says I have to take my vehicle only to colonial motors for any and all service including stupid things like buying my tires. if I didn’t have it done by them, I had to call this warranty company get written permission from them to take it somewhere else. if this post only saves one person from getting screwed like I got it screwed, it was worth it. Don’t fall for the scam. More

Excellent Service Our vehicle needed a new transmission and fortunately for us was still under manufacturer warranty. We were told it would take 2 weeks to weeks to fix Our vehicle needed a new transmission and fortunately for us was still under manufacturer warranty. We were told it would take 2 weeks to weeks to fix. They made arrangements for us to receive a rental vehicle which Mitsubishi paid for. Our vehicle was ready before the estimated date. In addition, there were 2 recalls that we were unaware of and they were fixed as well. I'd like to add that we did not purchase this vehicle at Colonial but we were treated as if we had dealt with them for years. There is no question that future vehicle purchases and repairs will be done here. More
