Turned out my inspection had expired and she not only got that done, but she got my a Lyft home and back to pick up my car a few hours later. I did not have to worry about a thing. Michelle was so nice. She called to tell the inspection passed but that I needed two air filters replaced, so my bill was a couple hundred dollars higher than I had anticipated. Also, the tire pressure visual is still on my screen so I will have to return to have them remove it from the screen. They also replaced my rear wiper blade. More

Poor experience I was recently in the service department for a routine electronic update per a recall. The recall notification said the service would be completed in I was recently in the service department for a routine electronic update per a recall. The recall notification said the service would be completed in an hour. It took over 3 hours to complete the service. Also, the service center completed a full inspection of my vehicle (which I did not need as it was inspected two months ago by my own mechanic and also not advertised as part of the recall repair). During the inspection, they improperly re-installed the cover to the cabin air filter, so my glove compartment would not shut and I had to fix the issue myself. Everybody I talked to was generally friendly, however it was totally annoying to get in my car and have to deal with something; not to mention I was waiting for way longer than was advertised. More
