They picked up my car and returned it washed, disinfected, oil changed, front brake pads replaced and I never needed to leave my house!!! More

The service work isn’t my complaint, when I asked to have my car washed it was never explained that they changed their policy and the gold card (which was in my glove box) needed to be in the cup holder. The vehicle was dropped off the night before my appointment and they had it all day for inspection only. I waited upon pick up to get it washed on my own. The service associate kept suggesting an oil change due to the fact they recommend it ever 3750 miles due to where I live (PA). I’ve already discussed this with the service manager and I follow the normal service intervals as listed in the manual to stay within warranty. More

A very pleasant experience Was in recently for an regular service visit and a leaking tire which was covered under warranty.
