I purchased a 2 year old used car on September 1st. I can safely say it was not a bad buying experience until the day after when I noticed a horrid smell in the car. I take my kids to school and my youngest is crying because there's sticky stuff on arm from the plastic part of the arm rest. Parting the seat to try to fix the broken seat belt (yes the seat belt doesn't work, great to find that out during drop off to school) I can see huge pieces of dry crusted food. The used cars they sell apparently aren't detailed according to Koop. They're just kinda cleaned he says. This is after 3 emails that he ignored and I felt like he instantly receded when he answered the phone, like he forgot NOT to answer. Not a big deal I suppose because I can get it detailed. But then...a piece of the car comes flying off as I'm driving it. An officer was nice enough to retrieve the peice after I pulled over because I thought I hit something. I notice that the back bottom of the exteriors are terribly loose. I can see that they were just slapped on and not secured which is great if you're trying to sell a car and don't give a crap about what happens later. Truth is...they were super attentive when I wanted to buy a car, now I can't even get someone to return my emails or my calls. When I did speak to someone my call got transferred like 3 different times and I feel like I'm bothering them. Recap: dirty interior, broken seat belts, pieces of exterior fly off in traffic. Where to start?? Um how about the sales manager with no no business ethics. Dude is trying to screw over anyone looking for a small deal on a lease and a buy I'm sure. Went to look at the G70 for a lease...a $52k car... I've gotten quotes for similar cars as well as other genesis dealers. This place tried to screw me how so you ask?? Went to BMW to look at a $60k car which leases for $550 a month. Went to another genesis dealer which leases for around $600 a month. What did they want? They try to gouge me for in a $52k vehicle?? $910 a month with the same exact lease requirements. So double what i was quoted for several other dealers. How does he do it?? Possibly just soulless More

Our salesperson, Michael Wilkinson, was clueless and doesn't return calls and says he never received our texts, but I have proof of delivery. We also never received our state registration. I called multiple times, leaving messages - no response. Finally, I spoke to a woman answering the phone last evening and she told me who to contact. I did so this morning, and I think the issue is resolved. Everything is great when making the sale. But no help, contact or guidance afterwards. Would never recommend this place. More
