We have been under new management for the last year and a half, however we do apologize for the issues you experienced back in 2018 and any time previously. We did our best to go above and beyond for you during your most recent visit, and we made sure not to charge you for the services we performed to make your car right. Additionally we do apologize for the mix up with the paperwork, we had two customers with very similar last names so it was just a human error that was quickly corrected. We did not charge you for another person's bill and made sure to fix the mix up immediately. We were given the impression both you and your father were pleased with the service, we made sure to keep in contact with you, provided a loaner and completed the repair free of charge.
