Colonial Hyundai is offering a Triple Rebate - they will triple all rebates from the manufacturer. After we struck a deal, this Finance Manager had to adjust and reprint the Sales Contract 4 times! I was so triple all rebates from the manufacturer. After we struck a deal, this Finance Manager had to adjust and reprint the Sales Contract 4 times! I was so frustrated that on the final print, I just signed the darned form. Later that night, I realized they had not given me a copy. I contacted the dealership and they said that I should have been more careful and would not give me a copy of the Sales Contract. Three days later (sound familiar? 3 day right to return product), I received a call from them asking when I was going to come up with the $6,000 additional cash that I owed them. It was a cash sale and completely paid for.

I had to call the State Attorney General's Office to get a copy of the Sales Contract. That is when I found out that they did not triple the rebate (a $4,400 mistake) and they charged me for a service contract ($1,300) that I had signed a disclosure paper declining the service contract. That's $5,700 add sales tax to this figure ($342.00) and there is the missing $6,000! Guess what else? They had modified the figures AND USED WHITE OUT on the form!

Buyer beware! They have a record at the Chester County Department of Consumer Affairs, the Montgomery County Department of Consumer Affairs, and at the State Attorney General's Office in Harrisburg. After having a terrible experiance with a Hyundai dealer close to home I went on-line for a quote. From here on in it was a pleaasure buying my new Sonata. Colonial Hyndai is a first class outfit. Brian Mal close to home I went on-line for a quote. From here on in it was a pleaasure buying my new Sonata. Colonial Hyndai is a first class outfit. Brian Maloney and Adam Dubrow treated me like a customer, not like my home town dealer did. I would have no problem recommending them to my family and friends. Joe More
