justinkase, Not quite sure what happened on your visit to the dealership. Our adverstised prices always include a disclaimer at the bottom of the ad. Daz7454, It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience in our dealership yesterday evening. Couple points I want to cover about price. Every single New vehicle on the lot has the price clearly labeled on it. It is known as the MSRP. The final price on the MSRP includes Destination. I was shocked Daz7454, when you didn't seem to believe us. These charges are created by the manufacturer, not the dealership. Secondly you claim on this e-mail that we were attempting to charge you above MSRP, that is also INCORRECT. If you remember correctly we were $1000 below MSRP. It is not our intent to take advantage of our customers, read the rest of the reviews on this website. Our aim is to provide a service and price that is fair for the consumer and dealer. I'm not sure what you do for a living, but i'm pretty sure you want to be respected by your prospective clents/customer. I feel that relationships are reciprocal, I treated you as you were treating me. If cooler heads can prevail, I will do my best to do everything I can to earn your business.. Jim, According to Hyundai's website, a base 2010 2.0T Automatic Genesis Coupe MSRP is $23,250 plus a $750 destination charge. You were offering the car at $23,500. That is not $1000 below MSRP. We understand that the destination charge is something set by the manufacturer but we have bought many cars and in every case, the dealership has been willing to negotiate the price of the car to more than absorb the destination fee. The dealership invoice is far less than the MSRP minus the destination fee. We under that this is a business and you are not in the market to lose money on a car; however, the way you handled the situation when we attempted to negotiate down the fee was unprofessional and rude.
