We were offered an extra $400 in an purchase a new sonata. I used true car and they also offered owner loyalty since we own a three year old Hyundai. We were offered an extra $400 in an email since quote they wanted us as a customer. I arrived about 11a Friday may 31. Anastasia was there but leaving and gave me over to Greg Ernst. I had my iPad and all the written quotes and emails. After two hours and back and forth they advised he price was higher and that they couldn't do the $400 they had offered. I left. I was PISSED. THEY LIED!!!! They said maybe it sold while I was there. Maybe it sold???? Either it did or didn't? They swear they didn't know??? REALLY!! I went to Conicelli Hyundai and purchased a great Sonata at a better price. They are nice people. Bottle waters and smiles. They bait and switch and they aren't honest. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I own two hyundais now. One from porter and one from Conicelli. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. DON'T GET A HYUNDAI HERE, BETTER SERVICE AND PRICES ELSEWHERE More
This review is for a 2009 Hyundai Accent i purchased new at this dealership in 2009 (just found this site the other day). I will say I haven't had many issues with the service side of this dealership except at this dealership in 2009 (just found this site the other day). I will say I haven't had many issues with the service side of this dealership except perhaps an slightly over-aggressive parts replacement while doing inspections but in that, they aren't much different than any other place I've been. The main issue with this dealership is the sales side. I selected a car off the lot that had a sticker on for 14K-something. Nice inexpensive car (which I actually really liked before recently trading it in on something else). I told the sales person I wanted it around 2:30pm. It was an "event" day so very busy. But the paper work wasn't done until after 9pm. No snack food available and I'm diabetic so was shaking badly by the time the paperwork was made available. Consequently I just signed stuff and left not really being able to absorb the crap I was signing. It wasn't until the next morning that I was able to go through the paperwork (so much of it I thought I was buying a house). The coup de grace was the last form that made me swear to god that I understood everything I had signed so there were no tag backs. But I didn't. So the next day when I discovered I had paid an extra $500 for GAP insurance they never cleared with me and that there was a $2400 add-on in addition to various dealer prep fees that were NOT on the car (it was on a few other models but not the one I selected) to pay for lifetime car washes, lifetime nitrogen tire refills, state inspections, and because it was a popular model. In short, they added it on because they could bringing the actual price for the car to over $18K. I was furious. I managed to get the GAP thing refunded (well, not refunded but applied to the load balance) but when I went there to complain to the sales manager about the tactics that were used, I discovered my salesman had been promoted to that position that day. Stay away - stay far away. More
I have a 2010 Santa Fe which I have loyaly taken to the dealership for service for the past 2 years. After an oil change my car developed a leak. I took the car in 3 separate times to have the leak fixed a dealership for service for the past 2 years. After an oil change my car developed a leak. I took the car in 3 separate times to have the leak fixed and each time I was told it was fixed and I should not have another problem. It contiued to leak and I have taken it to another dealership to see if it can be fixed there under warranty. I am very disappointed that I was told that it was fixed and all 3 times it was not. To top it off the last time I got it back the drivers door handle and steering wheel was covered in grease (still don't have it all out of the door handle). Basically I feel lied to about the repairs that were supposedly being made. More
My husband and I found a 2012 Sonata online with only 2k miles on it, via email we spoke with Anastasia to set up an appointment on a Friday morning around 11. We drove from New Castle, DE all the way to Do miles on it, via email we spoke with Anastasia to set up an appointment on a Friday morning around 11. We drove from New Castle, DE all the way to Downingtown with the hopes that we would drive away in a new car, though we were a bit hesitant due to our recently charged chapter 7 BKO. Upon entering the dealership we were set up with Lou Ziegler (sales associate), test drove the car we saw online and immediately began to work a deal. When it seemed that we would not be able to get the deal we needed/wanted, Lou perservered with finance and got us a decent rate (for post bko) with a reasonable down payment (1k). Lou, was AMAZING to work with and we will definitely use him as our dealer in the future. The down side to our visit was that it took almost two hours to have the car delivered to us, despite their 30 minute guarantee. I would have held them to their guarantee, but it meant that for a year I would have to drive an hour away for oil changes and that just isn't worth it to me. In addition to the slow delivery, our post-dated down payment check for 1k was deposited 5 days before the date on the check. This caused us to incurr $70 in bank fees. Lou has assured me that he will work on having our financial inconvenience rectified. All in all our experience was pleasant, especially in comparison to the horrible experience we had at Cherry Hill Triplex. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that may have less than perfect credit, but needs a sound, reliable, warrantied car. If you are looking for a laid back, no pressure dealer, ask for Lou Ziegler to assist you with your purchase. More
first i did not believe the negatives comments but after first i did not believe the negatives comments but after talking several time you can tell is all true they ask for 2.000 more from MSRP it first i did not believe the negatives comments but after talking several time you can tell is all true they ask for 2.000 more from MSRP it was a very bad experience. I consider myself a smart person and i did lots of research about the car and pricing and such but at the end of the day i neglected to do research on the dealership itself. If i had read any of these reviews before. I called them out on a lot of things that seemed very fishy to me... I wonder how many other people are also being taken advantage of? If you take anything away from this post i advise customers to do your homework on the car 1) no respect for your time 2) they are known to keep your title More
Just had a fantastic experience purchasing a used Mini, with the help of Nick and the hilarious finance dude (whose name I forget- sorry!). I have some past credit issues, but the dealership worked with my with the help of Nick and the hilarious finance dude (whose name I forget- sorry!). I have some past credit issues, but the dealership worked with my needs until we found a down-payment and monthly payment arrangement that worked for all of us. I couldn't be happier with my car or the attention I received. Thanks again, guys! More

If you like a old school type dealership this is the place for you. They still use the "I have to check with my manager " xx. And for additional drama that manager then will say he has to get the approv place for you. They still use the "I have to check with my manager " xx. I was very disappointed with my visit to this dealership. I was interested in possibly buying a new Hyundai since they have come a long way. However, I was offered a terrible interest rate of 11% on a new bl I was interested in possibly buying a new Hyundai since they have come a long way. However, I was offered a terrible interest rate of 11% on a new black Hyundai Santa Fe! I was outraged since I have good credit and a 10 year work history. The sales person and the finance guys kept trying to convince me to take this horrible deal and would not listen to what I wanted from them. Finally, I had enough and decided to take advantage of Honda's summer end deal. I was beyond pleased to have purchased a 2012 black CR-V with 0% interest!!!!! because as I wrote, I have good credit! Hyundai missed out on an opportunity by ignoring my desires and wants and trying to rip me off with a Hyundai that was overpriced. Hyundai's have come a long way but they're still not better than or as good as a Honda! More
I purchased my car in November the dealership was far from my home so I was concerned about getting it in for maintenace I was told I would get a loaner car. Well from day 1 my car pulled to the right an from my home so I was concerned about getting it in for maintenace I was told I would get a loaner car. Well from day 1 my car pulled to the right and sometimes to the left. I had it back 3 times and each time I was told I did not qualify for a loaner car. Now after having the car 7 months I am told the rotars need to be replaced I need new tires and it is still pulling. I feel the constant pulling on the car is wearing the tires down faster and I was told one of the times I had my car in that the alignment was off and that is why it was pulling. I feel I got totally ripped off with my car and I absolutely hate this car. More
