Dear svntychvll454, Thanks for the courtesy of your response to let us know what we might be doing right and of course where we might fall short in serving our clients. I would like to address your concerns in the order in which they were written. You are correct, the vehicle you inquired about was a 6 cylinder and not a four cylinder, our internal posting mechanism for this vehicle was incorrect and we apologize for this error. We have since corrected the listing on our website as a result of your review. All of our vehicles are posted with an internet price which does not include our Dealer Prep which is clearly listed and stated in our vehicle descriptions for every vehicle we sell. I am sorry this information was missed by you but it is clearly listed. The Dealer Prep Fee offers our customers an enhanced warranty, vehicle detailing, free CarFax and a Vehicle Evaluation Report so our potential customers have in depth information about the vehicle they may be considering purchasing. As far as financing it seems that the initial numbers you received were incorrect and the subsequent numbers provided to you @ 183 per month were accurate. I'm sorry that proposal didn't meet your needs as we certainly hoped to meet your financial needs. As an organization we are looking to improve our processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction. If there is anything we can do to assist you in the future we certainly would love to.
