I was not prep Recently, the timing belt on my 2007 Hyundai Accent with a hundred and sixty six thousand miles broke which bent a valve in the intake. I was not prepared to go buy a new car, and I get very nervous about going into a dealership because buying a new car is a big investment! So I was very pleasantly surprised to meet Ray Dymond,a very nice fellow, who didn't put any pressure on me and helped me get the best deal for the car that I wanted. The first price quote was for 2015 Veloster turbo. I thought the price was a little high for my budget and voiced my concern to Ray. he went back in to talk to the manager and after a few minutes came out and gave me a better price. He knew I was very nervous because I hadn't made car payments in quite a while but he made me feel really comfortable and by the time I left I knew that I could afford my new car! Also, there is a very lovely young woman named Katie who gave me an in depth tutorial while we were sitting in the car - the Veloster has a LOT of features, and she was very helpful in showing me how all the features worked. Colonial Hyundai's staff is very knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly - even the sales people who were not working with me were very, very friendly. I bought my last Hyundai from this dealership, and that's the reason I went back was because everyone was so nice and I didn't feel pressured in any way. My 2007 Hyundai was a great car, I had no problems with it ever, so that's another reason why I decided to go back to Colonial Hyundai - Hyundai makes a great car for the price. More
