Our sales person was great he went above and beyond to find a car for my daughter. The finance guy offered my daughter a 2007 Hyundai mini van as her car after having her drive a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and a find a car for my daughter. The finance guy offered my daughter a 2007 Hyundai mini van as her car after having her drive a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and assured her that would be her car. She was heartbroken when suddenly all she could get was a mini van. Marvin was also not happy about it. We came there twice for a car and left with nothing. More

Great service I am so happy with the service I have received from Colonial Hyundai. From offering to pick up my car at home, and returning it after the service was I am so happy with the service I have received from Colonial Hyundai. From offering to pick up my car at home, and returning it after the service was done, they kept me up to date with what was happening, called me to discuss some service they would suggest, giving the milage and all. Super friendly and awesome to work with. More

Got a good deal, but be alert to dealer add ons. We had a mixed experience with this dealer. After we verbally agreed on the price ( no worksheet showing total price, which was odd), we were shuffle We had a mixed experience with this dealer. After we verbally agreed on the price ( no worksheet showing total price, which was odd), we were shuffled over to the finance section. There we were informed that the price was significantly higher; they attempted to add a large prep fee, and some dealer add ons that we did not even discuss. These charges were taken off, including the prep fee thanks to the finance guy, who was very nice. When dealers pull this kind of stuff, it undermines confidence in the entire business. Having said that, the car was what we were looking for and we got it for a fair price. Just make sure you get final price in writing and watch out for undisclosed added costs. More
