Great service When my husband and I landed at Colonial Hyundai, we were looking for a specific model - Santa Fe used car, third row seating, which we had seen onlin When my husband and I landed at Colonial Hyundai, we were looking for a specific model - Santa Fe used car, third row seating, which we had seen online. One of the agent tried to locate that model for us and couldn't find it. That was fine, BUT, the thing that was odd, for me, about that agent interaction was that he did not even offer to look around or asked us any questions regading our specific requirement/need from a car. It seemed more like a retail experience, where we asked "do you have this"; he looked around and unable to find it sais "no, we don't". Now to think of it, I don't even remember his name!!! BUT then as we were walking back to our car, this new agent came up to us and asked what we were looking for and gave us options that would fit our criteria and budget needs. We ended up returning again to the same location, to the same agent, looking for a hybrid model and he helped us make an informed decision. The agent that we worked with was very patient (as we took numerous test drives), professional, helpful and insightful. More
