While dropping my car off, the attendant pointed to the person behind the counter to drop my keys. Donna looked up and said Hi Vicki I will check you in, even thought she was very busy. Everyone I worked with or met at this dealership, with the exception of Rob Barba, was very friendly and professional. Rob Barba was the person who handled the financing and was somewhat pushy and became the exception of Rob Barba, was very friendly and professional. Rob Barba was the person who handled the financing and was somewhat pushy and became irritated when I asked to read (briefly) what was on the pile of paperwork he kept pushing in front of my face. He and he alone is responsible for the less than perfect rating for Colonial Hyundai. My Product Specialist, Tammy Zegac, was one of the most professional and helpful salespersons I have ever met. She went way above and beyond before and after the sale. All and all, it was a very pleasant experience, except for Rob. In my opinion, he would benefit from some soft skills training. More

Most time my service experiences have been outstanding, but recently I required my braking system to be repaired and the good news my master (brake) cylinder was under warranty. Two master cylinders wer but recently I required my braking system to be repaired and the good news my master (brake) cylinder was under warranty. Two master cylinders were replaced and this didn't fix the problem and then a new ABS was installed that I think fixed the problem, but now when I start the car and press on the break pedal the engine sometimes doesn't immediately engage/start. My loaner was a new low mileage Genesis 80, which I experienced a flat tire? This entire episode took longer than I had hoped and no disrespect for Bryan, my Service contact as he was very forthcoming on updates but I believe we both were frustrated! Jack Rehorst More
