She worked with Tom Cassidy to locate the specific car my wife wanted and they both worked out a great deal. They were very professional and friendly. I never felt like I was being "sold" a car. Rather it was a negotiation process that was both fair and understandable. When we arrived at the dealership to pick the car up Katie dressed the car up with a bow and balloons - an unexpected personal touch that no other dealership had ever done. I would recommend Katie and Tom to anyone looking for a new car. Michael Wilkinson in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with. He did not try to hard sell me on any of the extended warranties etc. He simply explained the options and let me make a choice on what worked best for me. I will be back to Colonial Hyundai. More

I waited 2.5 hours for nothing. I drove my car to this dealer on Tuesday morning 12/4/2017 at 7:45 AM. A plug in the tire was on the shoulder and shouldn’t have been plugged. I was advised to get two new front tries and I agreed. I picked out a set of tires for a good price and waited. After 2 hours I asked the salesmen how much longer. He said they are working on it now, it will be done soon. 15 minutes later he pulls me aside and tells me the tires I wanted aren’t in stock. He said I can get the more expensive pair, but I will be another 2 hours till they can be delivered. So this moron had me wait almost 2.5 hours just to tell me they weren’t in stock. Obviously, I left and went to another merchant. Their service is painfully slow. Only go there if you have warranty work and can get the car dropped off. The dealer replies back..."We're sorry you felt service was slow. We always aim to have efficient service! If you'd like to discuss the matter further, give us a call at (610) 873-9000. " He didn't even read the complain. The service was non existent. If you wait 2.5 hours and then are told the tires really aren't in stock, that's no service, not slow service. More

This was by far the most pleasant car buyi Recently purchased a Genesis. I worked with Lindsay and Katie--both of whom were a pleasure to deal with. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Katie answered all of my questions and was very accommodating to my family (my parents and newborn were with us at the dealership). Due to my work schedule, I was able to work out most of the deal remotely, and Katie graciously stayed late so I could pick up the car after work. No aggressive/cheap sales tactics that are so typical of other dealerships, and I received the best deal! Financing was also a breeze and the financing manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Colonial is a wonderful dealership without any of the "big box" vibe. I would recommend Katie, Lindsay, and the rest of the Colonial team to anyone, and look forward to doing business with them again. More
