Got my windshield wipers to work. Windshield wipers did not work. Gavin showed me the problem and now they work just fine. It was helpful when I got the $600 bill. Great service, but long wait. I was satisfied with the service I received; however the wait was very long. I know others there were waiting just as long too. Besides that the staff are all very friendly and helpful. More

New Sonata We got a great deal on a new Sonata and our salesperson, Lou, was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. We knew what car we wanted when we arrived, had everything worked out quickly after the test drive but because the dealership was busy that day, we had to wait almost 2 hours to get the financing done even though both of our credit ratings were well over 800. Other than the wait for the finance manager to be able to see us, everything was great. More

However, it was time to look at something new. But what could compete with the driving experience I had come to expect. I thought nothing could complete. Enter Katie Schaffer. Katie talked with me, understood my expectations, listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. She matched me up with the Genesis G80, and it was dead on. This is the 10th vehicle I have purchased from Colonial, and is exactly what I was looking for. I thank Katie for helping me recognize it. More
