It took a day and a half for the install and when I picked up my car, the glove box and its contents was not reinstalled and everything was lying in the back seat. I walked back and asked to have it returned/installed. Donna was very helpful and understanding through it all. More
Rip off, extremely slow service, out for the quick buck. Lies, lies, and more lies. I bought a used car from these "people." I was told the payment would be less than what I was then paying. It turned out to Lies, lies, and more lies. I bought a used car from these "people." I was told the payment would be less than what I was then paying. It turned out to be thirty dollars more a month. Naturally, something went wrong with the car after a short period of time. I took it in for service, and it took me 8 days to get the car back. After having the car for about 7 months, I was a few months behind on my payments due to having my hours cut to the bone at work. After my hours were restored, I called the dealer to explain the situation and got their voice mails all three times I called within the same week. I explained the situation in the voice mails I left, said my hours were restored, and could pay them an additional $70 each month until I was caught up. This would have taken 6 months, but since it was a 30 month loan, financed by the dealer, I figured this was plenty of time. I asked in the voice mails if they could work with me, as I was obviously willing to pay my obligation. No one from the dealer got back to me at all, so I figured they were acceptable to this. WRONG!!! The following Monday I went to work, and when I came out, the car was gone. The place where I work has the parking lot on video, and it showed that the car was towed - REPOSSESSED. The following day I went to the dealer and got all kinds of excuses. Not only that, but they kept me waiting for well over an hour and then tried to sell me another car for $1100 down - which I didn't have - and payments which would have been $115 MORE a month than what I had been paying. Were they trying to play me for a sucker, or did they flunk basic arithmetic? I thought this would be the end of it, but NO!!! Recently I received papers stating that they had sold the car they repossessed - making it THEIR property - for less than half of what it was worth, and that they were suing me not only for the difference, but also for some other things that made no sense whatsoever. The total came to a little over $10,000 on a car that was worth $4200 at best. Am I going to fight these xxxxxxxx? xxxx RIGHT I AM!!! What they do with THEIR property is THEIR business, no mine. Looking for a new or used car? Do yourself a favor. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER COLONIAL HYUNDAI OF DOWNINGTOWN. YOU'LL BE VERY SORRY IF YOU DO!!! More

Very Pleasant Experience! I found Mike Wilkinson to be top notch. I did not feel pressured or rushed in looking and deciding on the Tuscon.
