Amazing customer service!!!! I was hearing a strange noise on a tire and contacted Desiree who I bought my car from. She was more than happy to help and scheduled me an appointme I was hearing a strange noise on a tire and contacted Desiree who I bought my car from. She was more than happy to help and scheduled me an appointment with Justin in service. I had to go back a few times to get it permanently fixed as they were waiting for a part. Justin greeted me with a smile everytime and was so helpful with anything I needed. I only waited about 30 minutes, and I was good to go. I even got a coupon for my next oil change! Everyone is very helpful at Honda and I recommend them to everyone!!! More

Excellent customer service I bought a new HRV I 2016 and in the summer of 2017 I noticed a funny noise. It took a few visits to diagnose the problem and fix it, but Justin was I bought a new HRV I 2016 and in the summer of 2017 I noticed a funny noise. It took a few visits to diagnose the problem and fix it, but Justin was always patient and understanding of my concerns until we figured it out. It was repaired under Warranty, and I am very happy with my car as well as my choice of dealerships. My sales person, Barry Otto was with me every step of the way and always took time to sit and visit with me when he saw me in the waiting area. I can’t say enough good things about Barry and Justin! More

Horrible customer service Price was fair, but after the papers were signed all the problems began. I had several issues with the car that they still haven't resolved. I have a 2015 and have been back for service 5 times in 2 weeks. My registration wasn't completed within the 7 day allotted time. Tony, the service manager was rude and condescending for Colonials wrongdoing. The finance guy was yelling and swearing from his office because I caught HIS error. He overcharged me and it took 3 weeks for them to cut me a check. The saleswoman was the only positive part. Never again will I go there. More

Jason then explain to me all of my options and which in the end result landed me in a new car. Incredibly helpful. Ruined Car Seats We had our car towed to their service department to be inspected. We were very disappointed to see the leather seats were ruined while in their care. We had our car towed to their service department to be inspected. We were very disappointed to see the leather seats were ruined while in their care. It appears the windows were left down and rain filled up on the seats. We can only imagine that when it was discovered the service department did not clean up the water just closed the windows. My husband brought the ruin to the service departments attention and they said they would try to clean it. However, they have only left the seats feeling crusty. We are very disappointed in their care and are amazed that they think we would trust them to fix our car. Let alone pay them $3600 to do it. More
