We were very pleased with our overall experience with Colonial Honda and over the top happy with Alex Alves our sale rep!! Right away I felt no pressure to buy when walking through the door last November Colonial Honda and over the top happy with Alex Alves our sale rep!! Right away I felt no pressure to buy when walking through the door last November. We had seen an online ad for the Honda Odyssey and wanted to check it out in person. Everyone who greeted me when walking in from work had a genuine smile on their face and asked how they could help me. I told them I needed to use the restrooms first. The whole dealership was very clean and offered free refreshments and snacks for all who visited them. Once out of the restrooms, Alex greeted me and offered to have a seat at his desk. He listened to the car I was interested in test driving and right away got my license copied so I could take it for a ride. Alex was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and was happy to answer any questions I had before and after the test drive. I absolutely fell in love with the car!! How it felt sitting in the seat, to how it felt like a car or SUV vs a minivan!! They were having an unbelievable sale on the vehicle before the end of the month and before I knew it I was saying yes to wanting to put a deposit on the car!! Again Alex was totally chill and down to earth as a sales rep. He genuinely wanted to see me happy and willing to stay later than closing time if I really wanted to start the car buying process. However never did I feel pressured to make a decision to buy the car that night which doesn’t usually happen at other dealerships. I was also really impressed Alex was willing to stay late to help me out vs telling me to come back another night. He didn’t pressure me into all the extra things they try to offer for extended warranties and offered a reasonable deal when we changed our minds and decided to get an extended warranty for electronics. He allowed my husband to come back to finish the paperwork another night, but I could put a deposit down to reserve the minivan as ours!! After that night, Alex was always available to answer any questions I had and made an extra effort to get our plates ASAP so we could turn around and take our first family vacation road trip after Thanksgiving. He also loved that my kids were going to be surprised walking to see the car when we were to drive it out of the parking lot! He got a big red bow to put on the grill in front and even wanted to give me a surprise as which was super nice and really special to do!! I highly recommend Alex and Colonial Honda for your next car purchase!! You won’t regret it!! More
