Sales people were *wonderful*. The only issues I had were due to their requirement that the car be financed through them (even though I was paying "cash" from my savings). First, the amount financed was more than we had agreed on. They remedied the situation quickly, but still. Then I ended up paying around $60 in finance charges when I went to pay off loan just 3 days later. Overall a good experience; however, would have been excellent if not for financing requirement.
