My wife and I scheduled three appointments at dealerships to look at previously owned Honda CR-Vs. The car at my first dealership appointment had a cracked windshield and the sales person was full of excuse to look at previously owned Honda CR-Vs. The car at my first dealership appointment had a cracked windshield and the sales person was full of excuses and cheap sales talk. Our second appointment was with Nemesio - the experience with Nemesio was so professional and genuine that we purchased the car and cancelled the third appointment. He answered all our questions in detail and didn't rush us. The car was maticulously prepared to be sold and a complete Carfax report was available for us to walk through line by line with Nemesio. The car was priced fairly and once we're ready to make the purchase we reached agreement on price. The dealership offers a very professional and comfortable experience. I actually sent another prospective buyer to Nemesio just a couple days later! More
