Greg Dawson was terrific. I would have rated Customer Service a 5 based on his performance and likewise for Overall Experience. However, when it came to the paperwork with the financial guy, I hit a snag. It took me hours to get through that process. He was totally unprepared. Meanwhile I had my volunteer transportation waiting. It was frustrating and poor Greg was doing his best to help. Based on my experience with the financial person, I lowered my rating to 4 on the two above categories. More

My disappointment with this dealership is the lack of negotiating. I was under the impression before I went in that no reasonable offer was refused. I offered 16,000 on a vehicle the was priced 16,998 an negotiating. I was under the impression before I went in that no reasonable offer was refused. Unfortunately I am on a budget and could not afford to purchase the vehicle. Next time I go in I'll be more prepared. More

Greg was very helpful. I had been to another dealership and really didn't want to waste my time or his and told him so. He came back with the exact car i was looking for in the color i wanted and with all the extras as i had asked for. He gave me a good deal and my husband was hesitant as he did not want to decide and regret his decision.in the end he came around great beautiful car and the financing was excellant. dont remember the gentleman's name that helped us with the financing but he was very good explained everything in detail.LOVE MY CAR! Not only was Colonial the first to respond but they also had the lowest price. Sean Connors was a pleasure to deal with. We visted Colonial to test drive the vehicle and discuss the final pricing. Sean was very knowlegable about the new Accord and made us feel very comfortable with Colonial Honda. For the first time, in a very long time, we actually enjoyed the whole new car purchase experience. No games! We would highly recommend Colonial Honda and in particular Sean Connors. Everyone was very helpful. The staff who worked out the financing options with us (Chris?) was very prfessional and informative. My experience at Colonial Honda was fantastic. As soon as I walked in George looked over at me and gave me a wave to sit at his desk. George was very pleasant and I would tell anyone who goes there to ask for George Surdis because he made buying a new vehicle easy and fun. More

so this was my 2nd car purchased in the matter of 7 days from this dealer. the first one was a 2011 CRV for my girlfriend, and this one, a 2011 accord coupe, was purchased for myself. Now, this didn't go off without a hitch like the first sale, but Tommy made every effort to make this as smooth as possible. Without getting into too many details, in order to get the model/color combination I wanted, colonial had to do what they refer to as a "swap" with another dealer. Upon arrival of my vehicle, lets just say it was less than perfect, which was no fault of colonial, but on the other dealer who they received the car from. Im not going to name any names, but lets just say I wont be going to any honda dealerships in newton any time soon. Anyway, Tommy and Colonial did everything in their power to make this car perfect again. Great job guys! To anyone reading this, call Tommy Kerr at colonial! no hassle, great guy, and certainly breaks the mold of the classic sneaky snakey salesman of the past. He makes buying a car almost as easy as buying bubble gum. And as i said, i liked my first experience so much, i went back and bought another. More
