My rating is based on my experience so far. Hoping the rating changes for the better when i return this week. My car was checked by my mechanic after I purchased it. He found some problems that i feel should have been taken care of before I purchased even though vehicle passed inspection. Waiting to hear on the dealership decision. I also was told to bring a the car in without an appointment even though I asked twice if I needed one. Upon arriving, I was told I needed an appointment and my car could not be looked at. I had just driven 40 minutes for nothing. It has been a few weeks and I am still waiting for my registration. Not sure if it should take this long. I also waited a few days to test drive the vehicle even though the dealership had the car for a week already. I was told it was getting Hoover in the shop which is fine, but they have seen the issues my mechanic found after all this time. More
