I deeply apologize for your experience here at Colonial Honda. As you can see from the many positive reviews we have here on DealerRater, it is *not* indicitive of how we normally do business. Obviously, we dropped the ball here - and I can't make an excuse for it, but rather simply offer my apologies. I can imagine how it did happen when I saw your purchase date of 2/26/11.. That time of the year is during the Annual President's Day sales event, which is one of the busiest times of the year, and the temporary 300% typical increase of work-flow can, and did overload our staff. We did our best to stay caught up, but obviously in your situation - We dropped the ball. Please accept my sincerest apology, and I will offer you a $100 Gift Certificate as a token of our sincerity.
